Service Description

I'll show you many different drills that will help improve your reaction time and footwork. Flexibility and stretching is a major component to speed training. This can be performed in one-on-one sessions at my home, at your home, or at a neutral site. During our initial session we will discuss and set up our specific schedule and decide on payment specifics, but generally in order to see results, 8-10 regularly-scheduled sessions is recommended.
