Service Description

One-on-one training via Zoom. You set up your camera, do your movements, and I will instruct you and provide feedback in real time. During our initial session we will discuss and set up our specific schedule and decide on payment specifics, but generally in order to see results, 8-10 regularly-scheduled sessions is recommended.
